MakoTrac offers a unique and multi-dimensional event, location and facility for corporate or private groups.

Situated outside Mareeba, MakoTrac operates a fleet of 44 karts in 8 categories.  Two 7-10m wide race-tracks provide a safe, functional and clean racing environment for beginners and experienced drivers.  Top quality go-karts and personal with computerized lap timing guarantee an unforgettable experience.

MakoTrac is designed to cater for private or corporate functions and events in a fun environment; terraced spectator seating, cafeteria and BBQ house, viewing monitors an putter golf provide for entertaining off-track distractions for everyone.

An ideal event schedule would include

May                 –          lush green setting, temperate, less rain, near financial year end
August            –          mid year, coolest month, blue skies, dry season
November      –          pre-Christmas season, a quiet month for business

MakoTrac will provide a closed track for exclusive use for groups from 50 persons

Clients have a choice of different race formats:
3 Race Package: 3 race sessions of 8 minutes each, allowing for a break up of the event schedule, with the second session organised into groups of similar skilled drivers.

Endurance Package: pre-race practice, time trial, followed by a 60/120/180min non stop endurance race with 2, 3 or 4 driver team per kart.  A very exciting and demanding option.  Testing consistency, reliability and team building.

Flood lights cater for early evening or night racing.
Clients may provide their own incentives or trophies. MakoTrac can also organise finger food, BBQ lunch/dinner, prizes, medals/ trophies and champagne for podium finishes. MakoTrac is happy to accommodate signage, banners and other corporate insignia on the day.
